Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) in Private International Law and International Trade Law (1990) and from the Paris Bar Training School (1990), Franck AGAHI was sworn in before the Paris Court of Appeal on March 27, 1991.
Upon joining the Bar, he worked as an associate at France’s leading international law firm, Gide Loyrette Nouel, before moving to the City of London to practice with the international English law firm Pritchard Englefield, primarily in the field of foreign investments in France.
In April 1999, he established his own law firm in partnership with several attorneys and expanded his practice to other areas of law. Over his 34 years of professional experience, he has built robust expertise in numerous legal fields, including civil, criminal, commercial, social, and administrative law, in both French and international contexts. When not personally specialized in a particular area, he collaborates with top-tier experts.
Thanks to his professional experience in London and 34 years of sustained practice involving Anglo-Saxon countries, he is highly familiar with Common Law systems, as well as their cultural, social, and political nuances.
He practices law in the Étoile district, near the Champs-Élysées.
He is fluent in French, English, and Persian, with full command of legal terminology in these languages. Having studied classical Arabic, he is also capable of handling documents in Arabic.
